#SongoftheDay incorporeal (rook&nomie)

I've been listening to the album me&you a lot, lately. This music really helps me when I'm having bad mental health days. I don't think I've mentioned this here, but I sought out online therapy recently. I'd heard on the news that a variety of services were being offered for free because of covid, so I did a basic google search and found one that's a combination of CBT and communication with a therapist. It's going well.

I've given rave reviews to all the people in my life who need more mental health support than usual right now, but I don't think anyone has gone for it. Too bad. It's no silver bullet--I still have bad days--but I'm practising techniques that are helping.

The last time I had access to a therapist was 20 years ago, and that was a pretty garbage experience. This is the total opposite. I'm so pleased, and very very grateful.

If you're wondering how you can support me in bringing you songs and visits every day, the easiest thing you can do is tell your friends about the site. Tell anyone you know--particularly people who are isolated and enjoy music.

Readers of adult fiction can also buy my books or check them out from your local library. Supporting my AudioErotica endeavour on Patreon would also help me hugely!

I'm also an Amazon Influencer, so hopefully I can make a little pocket change when you buy stuff by clicking through my affiliate links.

But you don't HAVE to do any of that. I'm very happy to get a daily visit from you, so just keep coming back.

Oh, and I also recommend hitting the "Subscribe" button at the top of the page so you won't miss a song!

See you tomorrow!
Giselle
