After I'd pulled yesterday's song of the day, YouTube decided that traditional Irish music is the only thing I want to listen to. Naturally, this tune was suggested. I had to laugh, because the only time I have ever heard this song, it was performed by my sister and her first-year fiddle class. I spent hours searching for an arrangement of Scarborough Fair I once heard on a TV show. I don't remember what the show was called.  That would make things too easy. This song popped into my head the other day when I was making pasta for dinner. My partner was like, "I'll make the salad," and I said, "We can't have salad. We're out of lettuce."
