#SongoftheDay Really Wanna Let You Down (Monowhales)

This song has been on the radio a lot lately, and every time I hear it, the same scene replays in my head:

I'm at my partner's place and he's just come home from the library.  He takes off his coat and hat and gloves and boots and sits in a chair and puts his feet up.  I've been sitting on the floor, because it's warmest near the fireplace, but as soon as I see his feet, I need to touch them. So I do. I get close and I massage his feet--something I don't think I've ever done.

He says, "I've always wanted a foot massage--a professional one, I mean, though the amateur version is very good."

The book Memoirs of a Geisha pops into my head, and I tell him so.

He says, "Talk about cultural appropriation!"

So we do.

This song is playing on the radio. I've heard it before, but I hear it differently when I notice my partner glancing at the radio, like he'll be able to see the song more clearly.

I feel slightly anxious. I wonder if he thinks this song reflects my intentions. I want to tell him it doesn't. I don't want to let him down. Not ever.

If you're wondering how you can support me in bringing you songs and visits every day, the easiest thing you can do is tell your friends about the site. Tell anyone you know--particularly people who are isolated and enjoy music.

Readers of adult fiction can also buy my books or check them out from your local library. Supporting my AudioErotica endeavour on Patreon would also help me hugely!

I'm also an Amazon Influencer, so hopefully I can make a little pocket change when you buy stuff by clicking through my affiliate links.

But you don't HAVE to do any of that. I'm very happy to get a daily visit from you, so just keep coming back.

Oh, and I also recommend hitting the "Subscribe" button at the top of the page so you won't miss a song!

See you tomorrow!
