#SongoftheDay Let Your Backbone Slide (Maestro Fresh Wes)

In the early 90s, my cousin and I tried very hard to dance like the Fly Girls from In Living Color.  We failed spectacularly, but we really put in the effort.

This was a go-to song, for us.  It wasn't just the running man we were trying to master. There was this move we'd do that involved two people: she'd grab my right hand with her right hand, and we'd both lean back until we were low to the ground, actually touching the floor with our left hands. Then we'd bop up just enough to switch hands--holding left hands, right hands on the floor.  The switch-up was rapid-fire, swift repetition.  It went on until our palms grew so sweaty we slipped out of each other's grip and fell on our butts, laughing.

Maestro Fresh Wes showed up again in my life in the early 2000s, when he appeared as an actor in a soapy, sexy late-night TV show called Metropia.  I watched every episode of that show a million times, because the cast was refreshingly diverse and there was SO MUCH SEX. I'd never seen anything like it.

If you're wondering how you can support me in bringing you songs and visits every day, the easiest thing you can do is tell your friends about the site. Tell anyone you know--particularly people who are isolated and enjoy music.

Readers of adult fiction can also buy my books or check them out from your local library. Supporting my AudioErotica endeavour on Patreon would also help me hugely!

I'm also an Amazon Influencer, so hopefully I can make a little pocket change when you buy stuff by clicking through my affiliate links.

But you don't HAVE to do any of that. I'm very happy to get a daily visit from you, so just keep coming back.

Oh, and I also recommend hitting the "Subscribe" button at the top of the page so you won't miss a song!

See you tomorrow!
