#SongoftheDay Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow! (Bing Crosby)

I know, I know--a Christmas song in November. Don't throw things! The reason I'm posting this one today is that it's snowing like a mother out there. This ain't no sweet November snowfall. This is the genuine article.

You know what?  I love snow.  Probably because I don't drive and I don't have to commute anywhere. I get to stay at home and look out the window as the world turns white.

I'm writing this in the evening, to post in the morning. My partner was here earlier.  After a warming bowl of homemade carrot soup, I walked him to his car.  It wasn't even 8:30 at night, but it felt like 1 in the morning because no one was on the road.  He'd parked about a 5-minute walk from my building. Those 5 little minutes together mean more to me than I can say--I think because he appreciates all the little things I do for him that would be considered chivalrous if I were a man. Before I started walking him to his car, nobody had ever walked him to a car before.

I'm used to being in a relationship with a woman--a woman who loved being treated like a lady, since she'd spent so much of her life being seen as a man--so I guess I've carried a lot of those behaviours into my current relationship. My partner isn't married to masculinity. He likes what he likes, regardless of gender coding, and he loves being walked to his car. Makes him feel treasured, which he absolutely is.

Tonight's walk in the snow was heaven, and I walked back to my apartment humming this song.

If you're wondering how you can support me in bringing you songs and visits every day, the easiest thing you can do is tell your friends about the site. Tell anyone you know--particularly people who are isolated and enjoy music.

Readers of adult fiction can also buy my books or check them out from your local library. Supporting my AudioErotica endeavour on Patreon would also help me hugely!

I'm also an Amazon Influencer, so hopefully I can make a little pocket change when you buy stuff by clicking through my affiliate links.

But you don't HAVE to do any of that. I'm very happy to get a daily visit from you, so just keep coming back.

Oh, and I also recommend hitting the "Subscribe" button at the top of the page so you won't miss a song!

See you tomorrow!
